The role offers a path to ESOP and provides strong benefits including medical/dental/vision and life insurance, plus paid time off and holidays. New crew members can earn a $2000 sign-on bonus in year one, plus a $500 quarterly bonus during the first year, with overtime potential during peak season.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction (post-frame), carpentry or framing preferred.
• Ability to participate in training program.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply safety and construction procedures, methods, and standards.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Execute tasks such as footings, framing walls/roofs, installing windows/doors and siding/roof materials.
• Collaborate with crew to maintain a safe, productive work environment.
