Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. seeks to expand our construction crews and employee owners. Join a long‑standing industry leader with over 120 years in post‑frame construction and a nationwide network of plants and centers.

Earn $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, paid weekly, plus bonuses: $2000 first year, plus $500 quarterly during the first year. Valid driver’s license preferred; travel up to 30%; safety and training programs provided.

Qualifications

• Building construction (post-frame), carpentry or framing experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in and complete a training program.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Available to work 9-10 hours during peak construction season.
• Ability to take direction and produce quality work.

Responsibilities

• Learn, keep current with and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures, methods, and standards.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize tools and equipment to safely and efficiently construct buildings.
• Dig and install footings; frame walls and roofs; install windows/doors; apply siding and roofing materials; finish with trims.
• Work with crew in a safe, organized, productive environment with respect for others.
