Qualifications

• Reading and understanding construction plans.
• Ability to read safety and construction procedures.
• Willingness to participate in training programs.
• Drive to perform quality work efficiently.
• Capable of lifting up to 50–100 pounds and working in physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Use tools and equipment to safely construct buildings.
• Execute tasks such as footings, framing, doors, siding and roofing.
• Collaborate with crew to maintain a safe, productive work environment.
