Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is expanding its construction crews in Missouri and seeks team players. Earn $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, plus bonuses including $2,000 first year and $500 quarterly during year one.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction or carpentry preferred.
• Willingness to participate in training and development.
• Valid driver's license preferred; Class A CDL highly desired.
• Able to work 9–10 hours during peak season.
• Capable of lifting 50–100 pounds and working at heights.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain tools properly.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Frame walls and roof structures; install windows, doors, siding, and roofing materials.
• Collaborate with crew in a safe, productive work environment.
