Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Post-Delivery Project Manager in the United States to lead project execution after equipment delivery, ensuring a smooth transition through acceptance, warranty support, and final closeout. You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve challenges and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role focuses on coordination and leadership rather than direct field execution, with success measured by issue resolution, warranty

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, data centers, electrical infrastructure, manufacturing, commissioning, field services, or related industries.
• Experience managing project schedules, risks, stakeholders, and customer relationships.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time, ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned post-delivery projects through turnover, closeout, and warranty stabilization.
• Develop and manage post-delivery execution plans, milestones, risks, and escalations.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for all post-delivery activities.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and factory resources to drive corrective actions.
• Lead project turnover and closeout activities, including documentation and customer deliverables.
