Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a customer-facing Execution Project Manager in the United States to lead medium-to-large client projects from initiation to closeout. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 5+ years of relevant project management experience leading technical projects.
• Must have experience leading Data Center Construction projects.
• Strong commercial acumen (contracts, T&C’s, scope of work, and change orders).
• Proficiency in SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Smartsheet, MS Office, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and closeout.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards (OSHA, NEC, NFPA).
• Manage project scope, change orders, schedules, milestones, and integrated project plans.
• Oversee financial performance: budget tracking, forecasting, cost control, invoice approval, margin optimization.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, engineering resources, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Lead commissioning, testing, installation quality, and turnover activities; ensure proper documentation.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and manage expectations throughout the lifecycle.
