Job summary

Schneider Electric’s Senior Project Manager in the United States leads end-to-end execution of complex customer projects, from handover by sales to design, procurement, integration, delivery, installation, commissioning and formal acceptance. The role requires strategic judgment, strong matrix leadership, and deep technical, commercial, contractual, and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• 7–10 years of project management experience in electrical power distribution, construction, or similar environment.
• Experience managing projects through formal lifecycle, stage-gate, or execution-governance processes.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, cash collection.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex customer projects from handover to formal customer acceptance.
• Direct cross-functional teams and manage governance, risk, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain project data in SGV, SAP or Oracle and ensure timely reporting.
• Protect Schneider Electric’s contractual position and manage variances and change orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, cybersecurity, and customer satisfaction throughout execution.
