Ardent Communities in Columbus is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant with construction and/or maintenance experience and a sharp eye for detail. The successful candidate will walk post-construction units, accept completed work, and maintain records of inspections, re-walks, escrow, and communications with management.

You will coordinate walks with the construction team, ensure timely turnover to the property management team, and keep detailed logs of all inspections and sign-offs.

Qualifikationen

• Must have construction/maintenance experience.
• Must be able to walk post-construction units and accept units.
• Strong recordkeeping and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willing to travel within the city.

Aufgaben

• Walk post-construction multi-family sites and note issues for repairs.
• Re-walk units after repairs to verify standards.
• Accept post-construction units on behalf of management.
• Coordinate walks with construction team to ensure timely turnover.
• Maintain detailed logs and sign-offs of units.

• Stand and walk for long periods.
