Qualifications

• Must have construction or maintenance experience with attention to detail.

• Ability to walk lots and inspect post-construction units; strong recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Walk multi-family communities post-construction and note issues for repairs.
• Re-walk units after repairs to ensure standards are met.
• Accept post-construction units on behalf of management.
• Coordinate unit walks with the construction team to ensure timely turnover.
• Maintain detailed logs and schedules for project completion.
• Travel frequently across the city and stand/walk for long periods.
• Support a teamwork-driven environment and maintain professional standards.
