Thrive Companies seeks a Quality Assurance Manager in Columbus, OH to elevate quality across multifamily assets and protect asset value. Lead site inspections, oversee maintenance trends, and drive data-driven improvements to reduce defects and enhance resident experiences.

Collaborate with Construction, Community Management, Facilities, and Experience teams to standardize best practices, train staff, and deliver exceptional service across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property/Construction/Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in multifamily property management, construction, or quality assurance leadership.
• Ability to analyze operational data and interpret construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine site quality assurance reviews across the portfolio.
• Evaluate interiors, common areas, amenity spaces, and asset condition.
• Identify deficiencies and develop scalable improvements.
• Create inspection protocols, scorecards, and reporting tools.
• Track corrective actions and verify sustained improvement.
• Provide executive summaries on asset condition and risks.
