Ardent Property Management in Westerville, OH is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant - Construction with hands-on experience in construction or maintenance. You will walk post-construction units, document issues, and accept units on behalf of the company to ensure quality standards are met.

The role requires proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook and familiarity with property management software, along with excellent communication and attention to detail. Travel across the city is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Property Management software.
• Flexibility in daily routine with ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Walk post-construction units and note construction/maintenance issues for repairs.
• Re-walk units after repairs to ensure standards are met.
• Accept post-construction units on behalf of the property management company.
• Coordinate walks with the construction team to ensure timely turnover to the property management team.
• Keep records of all walks and sign-offs with detailed logs and follow-through.
• Maintain schedules and ensure projects are completed.
• Frequent travel throughout the city.
• Stand and walk for long periods.
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
• Support the Metro environment that fosters teamwork and customer excellence.
