You will coordinate with contractors, gather required lender items, and supervise vendor performance to meet funding deadlines.

The role demands strong negotiation, data tracking, and communication with customers and management to resolve issues and finalize contracts efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two‑year degree preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 50% locally and during normal business hours.

Responsibilities

• Warranty and Finance contract closings.
• Evaluate initial sales agreements against final finance documents.
• Create final sales agreements to coincide with finance documents.
• During closings, make changes to sales agreements and reprint/close documents.
• Coordinate with contractors on project costing and budgeting.
