McMichael & Gray, PC in Greenville, SC is seeking a Post Closer to handle the preparation and processing of closing documents, verify signatures, and coordinate with lenders and attorneys.

You will manage scanning, recording, mailing checks, updating lender portals, answering postclosing emails, and supporting title policy issuance while maintaining professionalism, organization, and strict deadlines. This is a full-time on-site role with growth opportunities and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Review closing documents to ensure forms are signed, witnessed, and notarized.
• Coordinate corrections with the closing attorney.
• Scan lender packages and mail disbursements for files.
• Upload signed packages to lender portals.
• Mail checks to all parties for each transaction.
• Verify recording costs before sending documents to record.
• Prepare the transfer P-61 for recording with deeds.
• Record all required documents via eRecording.
• Receive recorded documents and mail to buyers and lenders.
• Scan recorded documents and surveys into SoftPro for title policy issuance.
• Post final title policies to SoftPro from 3rd party title companies.
• Mail out final title policies and recorded documents.
• Respond to postclosing emails and title clearance requests.
