Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Post-closing file management: ensure receipt of fully executed closing files.
• Review packages for accuracy and completeness; facilitate corrections.
• Deliver completed loan packages to lenders per timelines.
• Obtain signatures on missing documents from lenders and borrowers.
• Monitor post-closing inquiries and respond via email inboxes.
• Ensure timely submission of documents for recording and compliance.
