Job summary

Newrez LLC is seeking an on-site REO Title Specialist in Langhorne, PA to prepare and review investor services documents and ensure compliant closings. You will coordinate with Realtors, vendors, asset companies, and attorneys to support title clearance and ALTA/CD approvals.

The role requires 1–3 years in title/mortgage or similar financial work, REO/foreclosure experience preferred, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of title/mortgage or financial company preferred.
• 1+ years of REO/Foreclosure/Purchase Title experience preferred.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within established procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Bilingual desired.

Responsibilities

• Order & Contract Review: review contracts and open orders for investor services-related products and manage REO orders.
• Systems & Reporting: use ResWare, update spreadsheets, maintain documentation.
• Coordination & Closing Support: coordinate title clearance, closings, and ALTA/CD approvals with stakeholders.
• Performance & Workflow Management: meet deadlines and manage individual workflow for efficiency.
• Communication: convey information effectively to internal and external parties.
