Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years related Closing/Post Closing experience.
• Knowledge of banking regulations (RESPA, HMDA) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Obtaining outstanding closing packages in a timely manner
• Uploading closing packages to LOS system
• Reviewing closing documents for accuracy based on investor checklists
• Searching Town/County sites for Recorded Documents
• Drafting assignment of mortgages for execution
• Delivery/Uploading of closed loan files to investors
• Resolving investor conditions until loan purchase; contacting Attorneys/Borrowers for corrections or missing documentation
