Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a title insurance recordings role.
• Post-closing experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with SoftPro title software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare recordable documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Submit documents for county recording and track completion status.
• Communicate with title officers, lenders, agents, and clients to resolve recording issues.
• Update transaction systems with recording details and status update.
