• Two years of experience in title/settlement/mortgage industry.
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Ability to handle multi-state transactions with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Receive packages from branches and meet task deadlines.
• Scan documents and file per company policy.
• Return executed loan packages per lender instructions.
• Record and balance documents; upload to electronic system.
• Accept electronic recordings or scan originals as required.
• Disburse funds and ensure file balance per instructions.
• Coordinate document flow with internal departments.
