Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age – 18 years old.
• Previous experience working in business environment is preferred.
• Requires intermediate skills in MS Office (Word & Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage original collateral documents from the time of receipt through shipping to the end recipient.
• Receives incoming mail and overnight packages. Opens packages and retains original envelope/package and tracking information.
• Completes Cover Sheet with required information and attaches to the original document.
• Scans document and uploads to client's system.
• Enters date received and package tracking information.
• Files documents securely according to procedures for that client.
• Retrieves documents as requested and provides to QA for review.
• Ships package.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.
