Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Corp. (CPP) Eastlake is an investment casting foundry that specializes in complex aerospace and gas turbine components. This role leads post-cast operations, planning, budgeting, and project development to increase productivity and quality.

You will oversee post-cast staff, implement production tracking and quality control systems, and drive safety and compliance with OSHA/EPA. CPP offers advancement opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven to ten years’ manufacturing experience in increasingly responsible roles.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing; ability to read and comprehend complex documents and reports.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures in coordination with leadership.
• Ensure post-cast production and financial goals are met.
• Review forecasts and production schedules with Manufacturing and Engineering to optimize operations.
• Review incoming orders daily to adjust production location, schedules, and staffing within budget.
• Oversee post-cast staff performance, hire/train, and manage results.
