Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) Eastlake is seeking a Manufacturing Department Manager to oversee operations across shifts, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets while building a strong team. The candidate will drive standard work, pursue continuous improvement, and align staffing with production needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–7 years related leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of factory operations, safety standards, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety programs and incident investigations across shifts.
• Standardize processes to ensure quality and reduce defects.
• Develop weekly production schedules and meet output targets.
• Manage staffing and resources for the department.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
• Support training and cross-training plans for key roles.
