Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field is required.
• 0-5 years’ experience in mechanical or product engineering in investment casting.
• Knowledge of DS/SX casting process, shell parameters, and dimensional impact.

Responsibilities

• Support construction of dies, gages, and tooling for ceramic cores, wax patterns, and castings.
• Identify and improve process yields using data analysis techniques (statistical, DOE, 6 Sigma).
• Interface with tooling vendors and CPP Purchasing to obtain quality tools at competitive prices.
• Control dimensional quality of castings to meet customer expectations.
• Develop internal job instructions and document processes.
