Hirebridge seeks a Post Award Manager to oversee post-award activities for leased space projects, ensuring efficient progression from award to occupancy. You will coordinate cross-functionally with technical, construction, and client teams to meet schedule, lease terms, and project goals.

Role requires reviewing design/construction documents, managing change orders, and supporting pre-occupancy activities while identifying cost-saving improvements in a complex leasing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing post-award activities for lease-based projects.
• Knowledge of GSA lease requirements and tenant improvements.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across disciplines.
• Experience reviewing design and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-lease award activities related to design, construction, and delivery.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, lessors, and agency representatives.
• Review drawings and construction documents for lease conformance.
• Monitor schedules and identify risks with corrective actions.
• Assist with pre-occupancy activities and closeout documentation.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
