• Experience coordinating post-award activities for space projects.
• Familiarity with lease requirements and tenant improvements.
• Strong coordination with project managers, contractors and agency reps.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-lease award activities for design, construction, and delivery of space per lease requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, lessors, design professionals and customers to ensure timely execution.
• Review drawings and construction docs for conformance with shell and TI requirements.
• Monitor schedules, risks, and milestones; propose corrective actions to stakeholders.
• Review pricing proposals and cost documentation for lease compliance and cost controls.
• Manage tenant improvement changes and approvals per GSA processes and lease terms.
• Track status and closeout readiness; support inspections and turnover docs.
• Assist pre-occupancy activities including final inspections and punch lists.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost savings while maintaining compliance.
