Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant post-award build-out/design/delivery experience within leased spaces.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to identify risks and communicate status clearly to stakeholders.
• Training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-lease award activities related to design, construction, and delivery of leased space per GSA lease requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, lessors, design professionals, contractors, and customer agency reps to support execution from award to occupancy.
• Review drawings and construction documentation to confirm conformance with lease shell/TI requirements and separate shell vs TI costs.
