Hirebridge in the United States seeks a Post Award Manager to oversee post-award execution for leased space projects, ensuring delivery aligns with lease terms and occupancy readiness.

You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, lessors, design professionals, and customer agency representatives to maintain schedules, manage changes, and drive value while staying compliant with GSA processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage post-lease award activities related to design, construction, and delivery of agency space per GSA lease requirements and project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, lessors, design professionals, contractors, and customer agency representatives to support execution from lease award through occupancy.
• Review drawings, design submissions, and construction documentation for conformance with lease contract, shell, and tenant improvement requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables; identify risks or delays and communicate corrective actions to stakeholders.
• Support review of pricing proposals and cost documentation, including shell vs. TI costs, for lease compliance and cost controls.
• Review and help manage tenant improvement change orders and other project modifications per GSA processes and lease terms.
• Track project status, approvals, action items, and outstanding issues to support timely completion and occupancy readiness.
• Participate in project meetings, site visits, inspections, and punch list activities to verify progress and document deficiencies.
• Assist with pre-occupancy activities, including final inspections, punch list development, closeout coordination, and turnover documentation.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering, cost savings, and process improvements from design through occupancy while maintaining compliance with project and lease requirements.
