Job summary

Hirebridge seeks a Post Award Manager to oversee post-award execution of leased space projects, driving occupancy readiness and ensuring compliance with lease requirements in a complex environment.

You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, lessors, design professionals and client representatives to move projects from award through occupancy while monitoring schedules and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Oversee post-lease activities from award to occupancy.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, lessors, designers, contractors, and client reps.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and construction docs for lease conformance.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and deliverables; flag risks and propose corrective actions.
• Support cost documentation and pricing reviews, separating shell vs. TI costs.
• Manage tenant improvement change orders per GSA processes and lease terms.
• Track approvals, actions, and issues to ensure readiness for occupancy.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and punch list activities.
