Job summary

Strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to work with diverse campus teams are essential. Bachelor's degree preferred; Workday and RAMP experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability with GAAP knowledge.
• Ability to learn and apply university, state, and sponsor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and processes complex extramural award actions per regulations.
• Works in ERP to establish awards, review expenditures, issue invoices, and manage AR.
• Prepares financial reports, investigates discrepancies, and ensures accuracy.
• Advises campus stakeholders on award management processes.
• Audits financial transactions and performs fiscal closeout activities.
