• No experience required; substitution of education or experience is possible.

Responsibilities

• Activate new sponsored awards in the Oracle financial system per sponsor terms and policy.
• Maintain active awards through amendments, renewals, extensions, and modifications.
• Prepare and submit periodic reimbursement invoices and financial reports to sponsors.
• Monitor grant/project financial progress and resolve discrepancies between terms and account activity.
• Serve as financial intermediary between sponsors and University PIs/Project Directors; communicate award requirements.
• Close out completed awards ensuring compliance with sponsor and university requirements.
• Utilize automated accounting systems and Excel to manage award data and documentation.
