Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training/work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and other software including presentation tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and in a team, with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Analytic and reporting skills.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check-in, and ensure product and paperwork accuracy.
• Locate product in warehouse locations.
• Modify and maintain purchase orders in relevant system.
• Responsible for physical inventory and POS materials.
• Purging of outdated/perishable materials and/or inbound shipment tracking.
• Partner with warehouse leadership and/or buyers to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and file POS materials, invoices, and dealer loader items for delivery to accounts or sales reps.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
