Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a full-time Point of Sale Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ to support POS materials receiving, warehousing, distribution and inventory control across sales divisions.

The role includes verification of POS materials, inventory maintenance, and assisting with dealer loader programs, new store sets, and event setups. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in logistics, inventory replenishment, merchandising or warehouse.
• Proficient with MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service.

Responsibilities

• Verify and allocate POS materials (including dealer loaders).
• Prepare POS materials and dealer loader items for delivery or pickup.
• Maintain up-to-date POS inventory and purge outdated materials.
• Receive, check-in, locate POS material, and assist distribution.
• Set up dealer loader programs and POS allocation with sales and suppliers.
• Assist with new store sets and store resets.
• Assist with special events and off-site meetings.
• Maintain clean warehouse POS area.
• Build displays in accounts using point of sale.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
