Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; one year of IT support experience preferred.
• Experience providing first‑line troubleshooting in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Provides high‑level customer support of computers, printers, peripheral devices and specific application support.
• Maintains, analyzes and repairs associated hardware/software/network systems and devices.
• Analyzes, documents, and escalates calls to Analyst positions as appropriate.
• Perform overnight/weekend and pager support when scheduled.
• Perform occasional onsite visits for installations and troubleshooting.
• Identifies common problems and suggests solutions.
