Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent; one year or more of additional schooling with emphasis in computers is beneficial.
• Over six months up to one year of similar or related work experience.
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to connect technology to business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-level customer support of computers, printers, peripheral devices and specific application support.
• Maintains, analyzes and repairs associated hardware/software/network systems and devices.
• Analyzes, documents, and escalates calls to Analyst positions as appropriate.
• Perform overnight/weekend and pager support when scheduled.
• Perform occasional onsite visits for installations and troubleshooting.
• Identifies common problems and suggests solutions.
