Job summary

Shore Point Distributing, a family-owned beverage distributor based in Freehold, NJ, seeks a full-time POS & Special Events Manager to oversee POS materials and event logistics nationwide. You will implement inventory controls, coordinate warehouse operations, and manage supplier relationships to support promotions and brand activations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or beverage distribution.
• Experience managing promotional materials and event logistics preferred.
• Beverage distribution industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all POS inventory including hard goods, signage, branded merchandise, and promotional materials.
• Develop inventory control procedures to improve accountability and visibility of POS assets.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through inventory management software, spreadsheets, or ERP systems.
• Coordinate receiving, labeling, cataloging, and storage of POS materials; organize warehouse storage areas.
• Develop SOPs for POS-related activities and establish KPIs to measure performance.
• Manage event logistics, budgeting, and asset deployment for POS initiatives.
