Shore Point Distributing in Freehold, NJ is seeking a full-time POS & Special Events Manager to oversee POS materials, inventory control, and event logistics. The role ensures efficient item tracking, replenishment, and distribution to support sales programs and promotions.

The ideal candidate will manage warehouse operations, optimize processes, and drive efficiency across POS deployments and events while coordinating with sales and brand teams. 50 lb lift capability and local travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, marketing support, or beverage distribution.
• Experience managing promotional materials, merchandising assets, or event logistics preferred.
• Beverage distribution industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage POS inventory including hard goods, signage, merchandise, and promotional materials.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures for accountability and visibility.
• Maintain inventory records using software, spreadsheets, or ERP systems.
• Oversee receiving, labeling, cataloging, and storage of POS materials.
• Coordinate distribution of POS materials to sales teams and accounts.
• Plan event setup, transportation, and asset deployment schedules.
• Track event budgets, expenses, and inventory utilization.
• Analyze usage patterns and improve resource allocation.
• Establish tracking systems for POS issuance, transfers, and disposition.
