Job summary

Church’s Texas Chicken is seeking an experienced POS Project Manager to lead parallel hardware upgrades and back-of-house software migrations across hundreds of restaurants. You will manage timelines, vendor performance, and stakeholder communications from Corporate to Franchise locations.

The role requires strong program management, change leadership, and deep knowledge of POS/BOH environments, with on-site work at our Atlanta headquarters and travel to locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience leading large-scale POS hardware deployment programs in multi-unit environments.
• Proven track record with BOH software migrations and cutover planning.
• Experience coordinating franchisee or operator readiness and post-migration support.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for concurrent POS hardware upgrade and BOH software migration programs across ~770 locations.
• Design wave-based deployment cadences and coordinate vendors, logistics, and store scheduling.
• Lead BoH software migration planning, playbooks, rollback procedures, and post-migration support.
