Job summary

Church’s Texas Chicken in the United States is seeking a Project Manager, NRO & Restaurant Technology to lead end-to-end technology workstreams for new openings and remodels. You will coordinate POS, KDS, digital menus, drive-thru tech, security, and network readiness for go-live.

You will manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and franchise partners, maintain detailed project plans, conduct readiness reviews, and report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, business, construction, hospitality or related field.
• 4–6 years leading technology projects in restaurant or retail construction environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and trades on active construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of POS, KDS, digital menus, drive-thru tech, cameras, networks and firewall infra.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technology PM for NROs and remodels with accountability for results.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, tasks and dependency maps.
• Coordinate in-store technology across POS, KDS, digital menus, drive-thru, security and networks.
• Schedule vendor site visits, installations and configurations with GC coordination.
• Lead pre-opening readiness reviews and ensure go-live criteria are met.
• Communicate status with franchise partners, operations and leadership.
