Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Project Manager, NRO & Restaurant Technology to lead technology workstreams for new restaurant openings and remodels at the Church’s Texas Chicken brand. This hands-on role acts as the primary technology PM for construction projects and related deployments.

You will manage plans, schedules, vendor coordination, and readiness reviews, engaging franchise partners, contractors, and field teams to ensure go-live success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience managing technology workstreams in radio restaurant/construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of POS, KDS, digital menu boards, drive-thru tech, security systems, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technology PM for NRO and remodel projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate technology activities across in-store systems to readiness before opening.
