Job summary

NAYA is seeking a Menu Systems Manager to build, maintain, and optimize our menu architecture across POS, digital channels, and third-party delivery. You’ll oversee integrations, ensure data accuracy, and lead testing for new items and system updates.

You will collaborate with Culinary, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Finance teams to ensure pricing, promotions, and launch timelines are aligned. The role demands detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Systems, Hospitality, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in menu configuration, POS management, or digital ordering systems in a multi-unit restaurant environment.
• 5+ years in restaurant operations, technology, or systems enablement roles.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize NAYA’s menu across all ordering platforms including POS, digital ordering, and third-party delivery partners.
• Build scalable menu structures that support evolving business needs, pricing, and product strategy.
• Lead QA processes and ensure data accuracy for menu configurations and system updates.
