Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a POS support specialist to ensure seamless operation of point-of-sale systems at venues and events. You will deploy and tear down terminals, assist with hardware, and provide frontline end-user support in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical work, independent problem solving, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. A strong customer-service mindset and physical capacity to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• POS experience required.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong communication.
• Ability to adapt to environment changes immediately.
• Able to stand and walk long distances.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide level 1 & 2 POS support and escalate when needed.
• Deploy and tear down POS terminals as required.
• Update sales records and administer PCs, printers and related equipment.
• Perform PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations.
• Conduct stadium walk-throughs to ensure systems are operational during events.
• Diagnose software, firmware and hardware issues.
