Job summary

Proteam Solutions, Inc is seeking an on-site contractor to support retail store technology across POS, Back Office, and network systems. You will process requests using Service Now, manage hardware lifecycle from inbound to deployment and disposal, and assist with hardware builds, testing, and basic configurations of tablets, registers, servers, switches, and routers.

The role is 100% on-site, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, offering compensation at $21 per hour as a W2 contractor.

Qualifications

• Experience using Service Now Service Manager is valued.
• Experience with hardware deployment, testing, kitting, and basic configuration.
• Familiarity with printers, tablets, servers, switches, and routers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support retail store locations technology (POS, Back Office, Network/Phone, Wireless).
• Process requests through Service Now Service Manager for steady state break/fix, moves, adds and changes, and project activities.
• Manage the hardware lifecycle from inbounding to deployment, testing, refurbishment, retirement and disposal.
• Build and test hardware, perform kitting, and configure tablets, registers, servers, switches and routers.

Job Summary

Support retail store locations technology, including Point of Sale, Back Office, Network/Phone, and Wireless systems. Process request tickets through a service manager application for steady state break/fix, real estate project delivery, move-add-change, and project activities.

Utilize the Service Now Service Manager application to handle requests from internal departments related to steady state break/fix, real estate project delivery, including move-add-change requests, and project activities.

Manage the hardware lifecycle, from new order inbounding to hardware deployments, hardware receiving and testing, hardware refurbishment, and hardware retirement and disposal.

Responsibilities include building hardware systems, testing hardware, kitting hardware, and limited configurations of tablets, registers, servers, switches, and routers.

Summary of Project Tasks

• Experience using Service Now Service Manager is valued
• Configure receipt printers, kit hardware, and ship to retail stores
• Participate in new hardware deployment projects for OMS/BOPIS
• Perform departmental steady state tasks

Work is 100% on-site, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
