Job summary

DSG seeks an Operations Manager for the Fargo, ND location. This is a full-time, hourly position with typical hours 8 am–5 pm, Monday through Friday. You will lead branch operations, driving service and responsiveness to customers, suppliers, and employee-owners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years in distribution or related field.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and solve problems.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize under pressure; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer pricing profiles and contracts.
• Manage supplier rebates and vendor returns processes.
• Oversee inventory performance and cycle counts; coordinate with leadership.
• Supervise office staff and ensure professional customer/visitor experience.
• Improve branch procedures and cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate events and maintenance; ensure security and cleanliness.
