Blue Line Distribution seeks a dedicated helpdesk associate to provide first-level technical support for Caesar Vision POS products and related services. You will log and troubleshoot issues, assist stores and delivery partners, and escalate complex incidents when necessary.

The role requires clear communication, strong listening skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with potential evening and weekend coverage.

Qualificações

• Minimum one year in customer service, technical support, or related role.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, or other shifts as required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level technical support for Caesar Vision POS products and peripherals.
• Log, analyze, diagnose, and resolve routine issues; escalate complex cases as needed.
• Assist stores, franchisees, and delivery service partners via phone, email, and other channels.
• Document requests and resolutions in the ServiceNow system.
• Support international locations and rotating schedules as required.
