Mid America Point of Sale is hiring a POS Installer to set up and maintain POS hardware like cash registers, monitors, printers, cameras, and PCs at McDonald’s locations nationwide. The role blends hands-on installation with on-site training for staff and coordination with Help Desk teams.

Willingness to travel 2–3 weeks monthly is required. Applicants should have a High School diploma, basic Windows OS knowledge, good communication, and strong time management.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of Windows OS and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and time management abilities.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 weeks per month and work flexible shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain networked POS equipment at sites.
• Run and terminate network and video cables to standards.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide on-site training to McDonald’s staff on systems.
• Support Help Desk when not traveling and assist other teams as needed.
