Job summary

F3 Technologies is seeking a Field Implementation Technician to install, configure, and support POS systems for restaurant partners across a large territory. This hands-on role requires extensive travel, with training provided to ensure success from day one.

Open availability is required, including nights and weekends. The position offers overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package after 90 days, with company-provided tools and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain POS hardware and software at partner locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues independently.
• Provide hands-on training to restaurant staff on POS functionality and best practices.
• Deliver remote and on-site technical support to minimize downtime.
• Document all service work and coordinate with teams and vendors to ensure project delivery.
