Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a detail-oriented team member to manage POS materials delivery, invoicing, and inventory. The role supports Market Unit Sales & Merchandising teams and involves coordinating POS placements on outgoing trucks to reduce freight costs.

The position requires a High School Diploma/GED with 0–2 years of related experience and offers comprehensive benefits with opportunities for growth within Reyes Holdings and its family of businesses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years related experience.
• Ability to process invoices and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery, invoicing, and inventory management of POS materials.
• Coordinate placement of POS or racks on outgoing trucks to minimize freight costs and enclose ‘packing slip’ alerting them to impending delivery.
• Receive and process manual invoices and follow up with vendors on discrepancies and outstanding invoices.
• Monitor on-hand inventory levels and ensure minimum levels of generic POS are maintained while producing a weekly inventory report.
• Maintain POS workstation.
• Other duties as assigned.
