Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You will run registers, process payments, greet customers, and maintain the sales floor to standards in a Chandler, AZ store.

The role requires high school education, strong customer service, and basic math skills. English proficiency is necessary, and background checks may be conducted where applicable.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions, both verbal and written, in English.

Responsabilités

• Performs POS responsibilities and processes all forms of payments.
• Asks each customer for cash donations at POS.
• Establishes or identifies prices of goods via merchandise type, identifying markings, or asking for help from a leader.
• Completes closing procedures, as necessary.
• Greets customers that enter the store and thanks customers leaving the establishment.
• Maintains sales floor by following floorwork and PPM standards.
• Stocks merchandise in appropriate area as assigned.
• Uses phones and paging systems for announcements.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment.
