Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a part-time store associate to support customer service and cash handling at our Chandler location. The role involves operating the POS, processing payments, and assisting customers with donations and purchases.

The position emphasizes accuracy in pricing, attendance, and following store standards. You will contribute to a welcoming retail environment and uphold our core values of trust and collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Aufgaben

• Performs POS responsibilities and processes all forms of payments.
• Asks each customer for cash donations at POS.
• Establishes prices of goods via merchandise and markings.
• Completes closing procedures as necessary.
• Maintains regular in-person attendance and greets customers.
• Maintains sales floor standards and stocks merchandise.
• Operates store announcements via phones and paging systems.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment.
