You will act as the primary contact for Portuguese-speaking clients, provide tailored solutions, maintain detailed records, and collaborate with international teams to meet performance targets in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team.
• Experience in customer support services or similar client-facing role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking clients within the customer support services sector.
• Provide expert, tailored solutions to complex inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
