Based in the United States, you will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, collaborate with internal teams, and help maintain high customer satisfaction through effective problem solving.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the media or entertainment sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear instructions to clients.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A passion for media and entertainment, along with a willingness to learn about new content and services.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding media products and services.
• Assist customers with inquiries about subscriptions, content access, and troubleshooting issues.
